5. We don't exchange gifts. we do nice things for each other year round, so usually on valentine's day we just go out to dinner and have a lot of sex

6. chuck gave me a ring for our first valentine's day, not an engagement or promise ring, just a ring, but it was the first ring i ever got from a guy and it was the first he ever gave to a girl, so it has some meaning for both of us

Was working at Pelican ski shop doing ski rentals during a busy friday night and a female friend (former friend with benefits) walked in, with about 20 customers there and coworkers, handed me a dozen white roses, and wished me a happy v-tines day. My female coworker started to cry because her boyfriend did nothing for her and just a regular friend of mine gave me roses at work. I was shocked at receiving them myself. It's not often a guy gets flowers, especially roses at work.

6) In HS, I got my girlfriend's locker combo from her best friend and left a small present hanging in her locker every other period. I managed to dodge her all day and stay out of sight. At the end of the day, I had a full bouquet of white roses delivered to the main office and she had to be called down to pick them up. In the center I had one red rose with an irish Claddagh ring tied to it by a red ribbon. Seeing her smile with a little tear and that hug and kiss when I was right there waiting for her when she came out of the office are some of my fondest memories.

6. On our first valentines I was deathly sick and we had to cancel our dinner and broadway show in new york. I was really bummed out, so my hunny (who is not the best cook) came to my house and made me delicious chicken parm then layed down and watched movies in bed all night. Yeah we might of not gone out and partied together but sometimes staying in is the most memorable experiences!
